    Our leases are for 12 months.

    Scheduled transportation to medical appointments within Johnson City, provided through Johnson City Paratransit. Chartered bus excursions scheduled by TownView. Residents may also use the Johnson City Paratransit service for personal transportation within city limits for a nominal round-trip fee of $4.00. A transportation application must be completed after moving in.

Guests and visitors are buzzed in by front desk staff. The community is equipped with smoke detectors and a sprinkler system. Residents are provided with apartment and mailbox keys at move-in.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, we are a pet-friendly community with an on-site gated dog park. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment (some exclusions apply). Permitted pets include cats and dogs, with a maximum combined weight of 25 lbs. Exotic pets and reptiles are not allowed. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 per apartment applies.

  • Is there a designated smoking area?

    Yes, smoking is allowed only in a designated outdoor area. Most of our outdoor spaces and all indoor areas are non-smoking.
